If you are still using Adagio Checks version 6.5A, there should be an option called 'With address/descriptions' on the first screen after selecting 'Print' from the Batch window or 'Batch Listing' from the Reports toolbar menu option.

The option can be found in the middle of this window, in between the Print Options and the Destination Options sections, and when toggled will print the information required.
