As Adagio uses Crystal reports for all of its management reports, such as the Accounts Receivable Aging, you can export any of its reports directly to Excel from the Print Preview window of the report. Just click on the envelope icon and select Excel from the list of choices.

This is true of every Adagio module, including A/P. Every management report is created using Crystal Reports, and this great product has the ability to export any report from the Print Preview screen to many different formats (including Word and Excel).

As an aside, I'd be interested in the type of analysis you are planning to do in Excel. Is it something that would be of interest to many Adagio users, that we should add to the report directly?

This week, Softrak started shipping Crystal Reports 8.5 for Adagio. This product allows Adagio (and ACCPAC Plus) users to create Windows based reports from their data files. There are an enormous number of features, so I won't post them all here. However, a significant benefit for Adagio users is that this product can be used to modify the layout of any Adagio management report. (This isn't for the faint of heart - the Receivables Aged Trial Balance report has over 450 formulas in it!)
