Prior Y/E closed off in AP after upgrade of system. With old version of AP we could obtain vendor history going back 4 years. Now we only have two years of history. How do we get more history?

Did you purge history as part of the year end process?

Adagio Payables 81B allows you to increase the number of days to keep history - from 999 day (about 3 years) to 9999 days (about 30 years).

I don't recall "purging", I could be wrong though as I was being helped by Technical on this. Sounds like this is the case. Once the data is purged do I have any recourse to have three years of history?

Only by restoring from a backup and redoing any work done since then.

You could restore your backup to another folder and use it just for look-up purposes.
