This error could also occur if you have given Adagio the incorrect 'report tables' drive during the workstation install. If Adagio is installed on a Server (as your email suggests), then in most cases, the report tables drive should be the same drive where the Adagio Programs were installed to. There should not be more than one QRASP folder, and this folder would normally reside on the Server.

Adagio should detect the drive that was originally designated as the RT drive during the install of the workstation files, and should produce a warning message such as ...
"When Adagio Invoices was installed, it's Report Tables drive was specified as [X:] which is not the same as the drive for this workstation [C:]. ...".

On the station that you are trying to install the workstation files to, I would suggest redoing the ALLWSKT.exe and make sure the correct drive is specified as the RT drive.

If you still have problems, you may require full ADMIN rights to install software from this station or if this is a Peer to Peer network, there could be pathing issues that need to be addressed before a successful install can be completed.

At this point, if Adagio Invoices is running successfully on your other station(s), then there is no need to re-install the actual program.

There is something else you can do to see what is going on. From this station, using Windows Explorer,
1. Point to the Server drive where Adagio is installed
2. Open the Softrak\System folder
3. Double-click on the Chksys.exe file to run the Adagio Check System utility. It will check your stations' local drive to see if all the file necessary to run Adagio from this station are installed and give you a status report at the bottom. It should shed some light as to where the problem may be.

If however, you cannot print reports from the other station and get the same error message about invalid QRTABLES.INI etc, then definitely re-installing Invoices to the Server from this station may help.
