Hi preciosa62,

If you are getting data integrity errors in the Time and Billing module, the usual corrections are to either restore the data from a prior clean backup or have the data repaired. This is especially true as the integrity check indicates the error is unfixable.

The 'Print' message that comes after the F2 is simply to allow you to see what statistics are unbalanced for the specified Docket or Staff. This is usually due to a comparison of the Dockets and Staff against the WIP. Because your WIP file is corrupt, it couldn't make the comparison correctly. There probably is no value to printing this list out.

Unfortuneately, there's not much you can do apart from the 2 choices as above.

As I posted above, your only two choices are to restore the data from a clean backup or have the data repaired. If the last backup was done long enough ago that you'd be losing too much work, then the second choice of a database repair is your only choice.

Further postings will simply be writing to a corrupt file and might make things worse.
