Adagio uses the Crystal Reports engine to print reports. If you are having difficulties printing a report in Adagio that is successful in Accpac Plus, the typical culprit is that the Crystal engine and supporting files is not set up correctly.
Are you able to print any other AP report successfully? If not, then I'd suggest re-running the workstation setup in case one or more files are missing for printing reports. You can also run the utility CHKSYS.EXE to determine if you have a fully updated workstation (this can be found in the \softrak\system directory).
If you can print other AP reports successfully, we will need some more information.
- Have you been able to print this report successfully before? If so, what has changed since then?
- What happens when you print preview the vendor listing report?
- If you go to Help | About, what is the listed version of Adagio AP?
- What options are you selecting for this report? The default options or some different ones?
