There was a known issue in the earlier releases of 9.0A that had the symptoms that you describe and I believe there was a HotFix but this has since been superceded by the Ledger 9.0B. As suggested by Softrak Support above, you should install the Ledger 9.0B (090713)upgrade. BTW there is also a HotFix (091110)that's been released so give me a call if you want to install that as well. So... backup, install the upgrade, run the DIC and Rebuild if necessary. You should be OK to Print and Clear after that.
