In G/L 9, we created the new fiscal year for Fiscal 2010.
We also have created the new buget for Fiscal 2010.
However, when we try to enter values for the new year budget, all the numbers are in blue font-read only.
How do we make the 2010 Budget active so that we can enter #'s?

Hi Samuel,

If you are editing a budget and are using Methods such as 'Moving Values', 'Annual Total', 'Constant Amount' or almost every choice, then the period budgets are display only and are not editable. Only for the 'Entering values' method are the specific period budgets directly editable.

If the fiscal year exists then it is always active for updating the budget amounts either manually or via the Import Budgets function.
