IC 8.1B (090714), POA 8.1A (091029)

Is there any chance of having the problem with the last number of each receipt number being cut off in IC/Item Inquiry/Transaction History corrected? For example, RC 00001264 appears as RC 0000126. We use transaction history all the time to locate receipts and are only able to narrow it down to within 10 receipts.

This was discussed in a previous post a year or more ago but I don't exactly know where that post is now.

Is this problem on the list to fix?

As a temp solution, in POA you can select the option to send the last 6 digits instead of the first six. The option is at the very bottom of the "Interface Options" tab in the Company Profile.

We do have POA set to Update IC buckets with "last six characters" in Profile/Interface options. Unfortunately this does not solve the IC/Item Inquiry/Transaction History problem.

Hello Susan,

The Receipt number, Invoice Number and Return number go to the Reference field in Inventory Transaction History.

This field will allow a maximum of 10 characters. The remaining characters are trimmed.

I have added a suggestion to extend this in a future release.
