Thank you very much for all your support. I still have some questions about IC:

1. I turned on the option in Inventory on Nov 5th and I can see the Transaction History tab. Anyhow, I think it should show the history from our O/E. But I checked the item we sold recently and no sales transaction there at all (receipts are there). Why?

2. I also looked at data files in OE history to get information, but it seems no report can show me the item sales history. The sales transaction report does not have the option for inventory items. Is it another option which we did not turn on?

The order entry sales will appear in the item history after dayend is run.

And more specifically, when the Invoice Audit list report is printed (to paper or a file) and purged.

I will try it first.
