I did the group of upgrades last night & started with lanpac, it showed 30 users
this AM we are at single user function so the lanpac did not go correctly.
I need to know where to check & how on the installed version & then what directory I should be looking for to install properly

Sorry, this forum cannot offer RUSH PANIC support. Have you tried re-installing the Lanpak?

all done & fixed thanks to Doug.
the upgrade grabs the lanpac it finds by the serial number entered & did one of three sets only. It did not look for or find the additional installed modules. These were done manually & now work fine.

An FYI to anyone reading this post;

Adagio Lanpak's are sold in bundles of 2, 5, 10, or 20. Over time or depending upon software bundles bought you may have more than one Lanpak bundle making up the total number of Lanpak's you own.

You will have a serial number and install code for each Lanpak bundle you own. When installing upgrades you must run the installation EXE once for each serial number/install code so that all of them can be entered. Only then will all of your Lanpak's be upgraded to the new version.
