My client is trying to print a receipt from POA 8.1 using the Print Documents dialogue and is getting an error that the report file "rptGoodsReceivedVoucher Portrait.rtm" is not found.

I have checked the report directory and it does not exist there.

Any ideas?

I'm assuming you have checked the Specification maintenance. If the specification template is not there then it probably was deleted (or changed).

Are you using the default template which ships with POA? If so you can copy it from your system (if you have POA installed) and give it to the client....

PwC gave some good advice.

Within the Maintain specifications window, you'll want to ensure that the path specified to the Receipts spec is the correct one.

You can also drill down to where PO is installed and determine if the correct report does exist in the Softrak\POWIN\Reports folder. If it does, select it. However, you'll want to be sure to click the 'Save Specification Path' button before leaving the Maintain specifications window to ensure both the correct path and filename are saved.

Thanks for the tips. I think the end users created this custom form, but someone fiddled with the maintain spec paths. Problem will be solved.
