I have 2 vertical lines showing up at the bottom of my customer statements. I don't see them in the forms editor but they are present when I preview or print actual customer statements. Any idea where they are coming from and how to get rid of them? (A picture would be helpful here I know)

These can be hard to find Creating a picture to show where they are is impossible, they could be anywhere. Creating a picture to show where they might be would be time consuming, likely more than most responders would want to do.

Basically you need to edit your statement spec file and check each section in turn by selecting it and then right clicking so that you can select properties. Note the current section hieght and then change it to 11". Check to see if you have uncovered the two lines. If so delete them. When finished checking each section reset the height and check the next section.

If you are still unable to resolve this then you will need to get your Adagio consultant to assist.

What version of Adagio Receivables? Version 90A or an earlier version? This is important as the vertical line handling is different.

Does this happen for print, preview, fax and/or email? Your issue may occur for emailed PDFs if the vertical lines are too long and they need to be shortened.

If you are using Receivables 90A, are you using the new 'Extend Thru detail' option on the vertical lines? This should prevent the requirement of sizing the lines to an extra tall length.

What size paper are you printing to? A standard size like Letter 8.5 x 11 or a custom size?

At the end of the day, this one may require the assistance of your Adagio consultant.
