Each month we do our bank rec, as part of that process we print the Bank Reconcilation (Detail). After that, there is a screen that comes up, do you wish to clear? Which we say yes to. Did that this month, but there was an error with the printer, and the bank rec did not print as we thought it did. Once it has been cleared, is there a way to print the detail listing? Or is it gone forever?

Hi Barb,

If you have said Yes to purging information, it is gone. If you have a backup copy of the data prior to purging, perhaps you could restore it locally for the purpose of re-printing that report.
