Hey everybody,

I've created a specification for emailing invoices. I require two copies of this invoice however. One copy to be emailed to the recipient and the other copy to be emailed OR printed internally.

That is, the sender will receive the second copy of the spec. Is there any way to do this?

Do you need the internal copy immediately?

If you are filing it, you could just reprint all the day's invoices at the end of the day. They would be in order for easy filing.

Of you could print them to a daily or weekly PDF file, and save that.

Hmm, that's an idea. I guess it isn't needed right away. I've also just thought of using a one-copy spec to both email and print. I was just hoping to do it with a single mouse-click.

When you e-mail a multi-copy spec - only the first copy is e-mailed. Wellspring's PrintBoss is capable of doing what you want with a single mouse click.

Andrew, I just noticed that. Any idea what PrintBoss costs?
