Hi, we've just installed A/R 9.0A and I'm attempting to run the # changer on Toolkit for Adagio for the first time since the upgrade. I'm getting an error message about unsupported data in a/r: "AR global file length invalid (1264) instead of (531)". Can anyone tell me where to find the global file length option? I've looked everywhere I could think of... Thanks!

You need an updated A/R number changer. The one you have cannot be used with A/R 9.0
