When I close the current year, I was required to print posting journals. When I print it, it says no posting journal to print. Therefore, I simply could not close the current year. Thanks for your help.

We need some additional information in order to help you out;

Module? - GL is not the only module with a Year end function.
Version?
Release date? you can find this out by opening the module in question and going to Help About where you should see a date code the represents the release date you have installed.
