We have adagio invoice module and adagio receivables. This month we have 2 invoices that are not listed with the aged trial balance, but are listed in the general ledger posted AR balance.

How did this happen? The invoices are on their account when you view it, but were not included in the aged trial balance report? They are in the ledger.

You mentioned that you can see the invoices on the customer account, when you view the Transactions. What are the dates in these invoices? Are they later than the 'Calculate as of' date on the Aged Trial Balance report? If so, they they will not be included on the report, because 'Calculate as of' ignores future-dated transactions.

What is the Current Amount of each invoice? If it is zero (ie paid or credited) then it will not appear on the report either.

If you think that the invoices should have printed on the ATB report, let us know the invoices respective dates and current amounts, and the options selected for the report.

The dates on the invoices are in the current period -April 2009, the total of the two is 8412.81.
Invoice 102743 09/04/14 is 798.23 and Invoice 102735 is 09/04/07

They are part of Batch 138-143 and 139-144 and the other invoices in the batch were listed in the AR listing.

Cannot see any reason why they were not listed.

I just tried a customer transaction report and the two invoices show up on this report. I tried the aged trial balance by aged date and also by calculate as of date and both had the same results. not included

The Customer transactions report will print all transactions, regardless of date or status. The Aged Trial Balance has built-in filters (such as Current Balance <> 0).

If you tried the 'Aged as of' option and the invoices don't appear, then the reason for the problem does not have to do with the transaction date.

If these invoices have a current balance other than zero, and the customer selection (ie account set range, report group range, etc) does not have anything to prevent any customer from being selected, then these invoice should appear on the ATB report.

We need to know what report options (all of them) have been set. Also ensure that you don't have any customer selection ranges set from 'blank' to 'blank', but instead 'blank' to 'ZZZZZZ'.

Problem solved. The report option put in the first name of the first customer, but needed to begin at Cash. Changed the criteria and the customer was picked up. Thanks so much
