These error messages are indicative or corrupt data, and the errors would exist in the Fax Queue files.
The Data Integrity checker for Adagio Receivables does not check the Fax Queue data files, thus you would not be able to use this function to check and potentially fix the problem. If you have a newer release of Adagio Invoices, the Data Integrity check there does check the fax files. Should you have Adagio Invoices, please run the Integrity check. Should errors be found, make a backup of your data (using the Backup function) and then run the check again and choose to Rebuild.
If you don't have Invoices, or errors are not found, you may have to remove the files in the \softfax directory off of your data directory, then refax the statements.
