How do I delete the "Location" of an item? Example...there is a special item we have put into Loc.2 (different warehouse). On OrderEntry the default is Loc. 1 ...so when we forgot to change to Loc.2 for that item when entered, it'll automatically created to Loc.1, which will shows on IC Item Inquiry. Of course, we realized the wrong input of loc and changed to Loc.2 later on. What I like is to delete the Loc.1 which is incorrect for that item, so that the IC Item Inquiry looks better with only the correct Loc.2 line shows. Thank you!

In Adagio Inventory, you can specify which items are allowed at which locations. From the Edit menu, highlight Item Maintenance and then choose the 'Item List for Location' function. From here, you choose an item and all the locations will be listed below in a grid. You can enable or disable each location as necessary.

You can also edit the Location and see all the items allowed and diallowed. Either the Items or Item Range tabs will allow changing these settings. You have the advantage of not having to do this sort of maintenance one item/location at a time when editing the location record.
