Dear Renee

I'm sorry, but with the information you have given it is difficult to give you an accurate resolution (if any). Please answer the following questions in as much detail as possible...

- Is this a Quik Reports for DOS or QRWIN problem? Also give the version and release date of QR/QRWIN being used.
- Has this report printed successfully (correctly) before - or is this a brand new report?
- What, if anything, has changed on your system, or the network Server (if QR/QRWIN is installed on a Server)?
- Have you changed printers?
- Have you upgraded your system to a new O/S ("W2" - Windows 2000?) and subsequently your report is not printing as it did/should?

Anything else you can tell me about this would be appreciated. Please be specific and detailed in your descriptions, so we can help you as much as possible.

So, you are using QRWIN 6.2B.
You have not changed anything else on your system.
This report has been working great until now, after you have "deleted a couple of lines" - ?

Would you mind telling us WHAT lines you deleted? This is likely what caused your report to stop working correctly, since nothing else has changed.

Did you remove a subtotal (Group footer) section or two, or did you remove "lines" from a selection formula or formula field?

Have you checked to see if the 'format section' properties of the footer or other sections are still as they were prior to your other changes?

Did you make a copy of the report before you removed these lines? If so, I would suggest using the original report (i.e. BEFORE you removed the lines) and try printing now. If this works properly, then try making one change, then printing the report - if it prints ok, then make another change, then try it again. In this way, you will be able to tell exactly which change made the report print differently, and we can go from there.

If you cannot give full details on your report or tell us exactly what "lines" you have deleted, then we cannot help you from this forum and you would be better off contacting your Dealer so they can come and actually see the problem and try to resolve it.
