Is there a way to add comments to an Invoice or Credit Note that will print only on our copy and not the customer copy? We still require the usual comment lines to print on both copies but would like another comment line option to print only on our copy. We could try doing this with the 2 comment lines on the first screen and put them only to print on our copy of the invoice. Is there any other ideas anyone knows of to accomplish this?

Could you make one of them "Instructions"?

Yes, we can use "Instructions", because we don't use instructions currently. We are only currently using comments. So, is there a way then to take "Instructions" off of the spec sheet for the customer's copy?

You can edit the properties of the Instructions field to only print on your copy. And I believe you can set the Instructions detail section to 'suppress if blank', so that the customer copy does not have that extra blank space where the instructions would have printed.
