Upgraded many Accpac modules (ap,ar,ic,etc. - NOT OE) to 6.5. Upgraded QR & SA to 6.5a.
SA reports won't allow access. Error says "Report table SS61B not found. Use Install DAta". If I turn on Sales Analysis 6.1B the error changes to IC61b not found. I cannot turn on IC61b AND IC65a at the same time. Cannot open the report to change main program. What to do???

more info: Does not matter if configuration option "convert reports" is set to yes or no. Always get error on SA and IC reports.

Hi Nancy,

The issue you are running into has to do with report conversion, so you are most of the way there. However, because you have upgraded both QR and SA, then the report conversion must be done in 2 steps.

The details on how to do this are in both your Quik Reports and Sales Analysis release notes, but basically, the steps are:

1) with all of your old program versions tagged in install data, open, save and close each report.
2) tag the current version in install data and turn on convert reports in configuration.
3) open each report to convert it.
