We are using sales CQ.
We did some quote for a prospect, and we archieve some quote for the same prospect into the history quote.

Than we had an order, so we changed the quote in order, then we put the prospect to customer.

Integrity error:
Invalid prospect code BRUSER on history Quote AGB431-A
Invalid prospect code BRUSER on history Quote AGB436-A
Invalid prospect code BRUSER on Open Quote AGB432-A

We were able to changed the Open Quote to customer instead of prospect but we are unable to change the history.

My question is why when we are changing a prospect to a customer
the change is not done.

Hi, Monique,

The History function is a read-only function which is why no changes can be made there.

However, if you Copy the quote from History back to Quotes, you'll be able to change them from a Prospect to a Customer at that time. You'll probably want to delete the original quote from History also.

After, you're able to archive or copy the same quote to History again.
