What are the account numbers in cells B80 and B70?

I'll try to explain better. B70 is GL6155 and B80 is GL6210. On the Statement of earnings showing year to date and Last Year to date the figures in the Last year to date for these two GL's show incorrectly. When I click on the figures I get a detail report showing the opening balance and the years transactions and a closing balance. That closing balance is correct but not what is display on the report.

Income accounts should not have an opening balance.

Are the specification codes on the .ColSpec line "Y" and "LYY"? These codes show the net posted amount over the year and do not include the opening balance.

I bet the type of account has not been set properly.

Andrew: Yes the headings are Y and LYY. These are expense accounts not income accounts.

Income and Expense accounts Opening Balance should be zero. If your drilldown is showing an "Opening Balance" that is not zero then there is something wrong with you G/L and a data repaired will be required.

Michael: Thank You. You pointed out that the opening balance should be zero so I checked all the other one and indeed there show zero. Then I noticed that on these two accounts there is an adjusting entry on the first day of the year, which is from the accountant to correct the opening balance. Turns out these GL previously were listed as balance sheet rather than income. So I will manually fix the report to the correct balance for LYY as this is the last report it will affect. Thanks to everyone for helping me chase down the problem.
