My client is using Ledger 9 for a number of companies and everything is working ok, until now.

For one company only, when we click the Financial Report icon (or select Maintenance > Maintain Financial Reports), the system hangs. We wait and wait and only after at least a minute we receive an error message that the system is not responding.

We have rebooted, but the problem continues.
We are running Adagio on an XP computer.

We next opened another company, and there is no problem!
We return to the first company and there is the problem.

Any suggestions?

Install the latest hotfix (080704), and let us know if it still is happening.

Here's something else you can try.

Drill down to this company's data folder and look for their GLATREE.xxx file (where 'xxx' pertains to the problem data's 3-character extension). When no one is using the data, rename the file.

Then, open Ledger back up and open the Financial Reporter again. Are you able to use the FR now? The GLATREE file will recreate itself.

This is a new install from just a few months ago.
It is running the 080402 version.

Thank you - renaming the glatree file worked.
The Financial Report is functional again.
