It was showing following 6 errors when I was doing backup.

File in use ... ICIODETI.prd
File in use ... ICIODETR.prd
File in use ... ICIOHD'I.prd
File in use ... ICIOHD'R.prd
File in use ... ICLOC'I.prd
File in use ... ICLOC'R.prd

Actually nobody was running adagio at that time. Can I still do the period end for December?

Hi Mavis,

The ICLOC files are the Location data files, and are certainly important if you needed to restore your data from backup. The other files are related to the Import Templates.

I'd suggest closing and re-opening IC, and try to run the backup function again before doing Period End. This backup isn't complete. Though Period End won't hit these particular files, it's best not to take a chance as the system considered these files as in use at the time of that incomplete backup.
