In the new year we are planning to use direct deposit with Adagio for our Payables. What are our options?

Currently, you are able to set up automatic payments or EFTs in Adagio AP using a third party product called TelPay. Following is a link to our website for more information:

The integration with TelPay is built-in to Adagio Payables and can be used to pay anyone electronicly through a system cheque run.

Integration with a specific bank's electronic payments system is available but is quoted individually.

We much prefer the TelPay solution for its audit and payment control and ability to inform the recipients of the money which invoices have been paid when the funds are transfered into their bank account.

We would like to begin using direct deposit as well for our vendors. We do have another EFT provider. Is the process for setting up a vendor the same? Does it change anything in the way a batch is processed.

If you want to use another EFT provider, you'll have to contact us about availability. We have done several. They are quoted n a custom basis as the banks will only talk to us when we call on behalf of a customer. Send me an e-mail and I can put you in touch with the necessary people.
