Hello Leo
I can understand your frustration. Please understand that we are trying to help the best we can from this forum!
(FYI The print Preview option would display the same thing as printing, as it uses the same printer driver as the actual printing process.)
Even though Adagio is the only application that is displaying this problem - this is still only happening on one PC, as you yourself have been witness to. Since Adagio is actually installed on the Server of your network and being run from the Server by all stations involved - this would rule out the program being the source of the problem.
I still think the printer driver installed on this PC is the problem, but we can try something else to determine this...
Try faxing an invoice from this station (you can then go into the Fax queue and VIEW the document). If you have the option to fax enabled, you can do this by selecting an invoice from the batch, click on 'print', then click on 'Fax'. Since the Fax option uses a separate driver from your printer driver, this may be able to determine part if not all, of the problem.
If this does not work, we will need some additional information from you:
On the problem computer:
-What version of Windows is installed?
-Is the latest service releases installed for this version?
-Have you scanned this PC for viruses?
-Did you UNinstall the printer driver before re-installing it? If not, completely uninstall the printer driver, then re-install it from scratch. (Make sure it is the most current version of the driver for the version of Windows that this PC is running! You can get current drivers usually from the website of the printer manufacturer.) Also, certain versions of the HP PCL emulation/driver have known problems. For example, the PCL5 driver has no known issues, whereas PCL6 causes problems. Make sure you NOT using PCL6!
Please let us know if this helps. If it does not, you may need to reinstall Windows, then the printer driver again.
