Using TBR and trying to do billing memo's

When client normally prints billing memo's all the progress bills and timecard entries are all one memo. For some reason this month they are being done as separate billing memo's which the client has faxed over the old / new

Options for running billing memo's

Staff members - all
client from/to - puts in range
engagememt #
Dates 1/1/90 - 9/30/01
2-Part Detail - yes
Continious / Form Feed = c
Extended Desc = yes

Any suggestions

I can fax over the actual before /after billing memo's

Since billing memos print using a specification that has been specifically designed for this purpose I would suggest to check this area first to see if anybody has changed the 'Default bill spec' from what is was before. This information can be found in the Billing Options screen of the Firm Profile. If the default spec is the same as it always is, did somebody modify the specification using the Maintain Specifications option?

What has changed since the last time they ran their billing memos? Did they enter anything differently? Did they change any other options in any of the Firm Profiles for the way Billing is done?
