Is there any way to prevent a batch that has been entered but not posted from being accessed by other people. Some of the data entry that is done here is sensitive. I would like to be able to enter the batch as time permits, and post AFTER DAY END. During that time, I would like to make that batch "secure". Is this possible?
For really sensitive stuff, would it make sense to do the data entry in an Excel spreadsheet, then import and post the batch when everyone has headed home?
