Hi belanger20,
There are no built-in reports in Adagio SalesCQ to calculate the time it takes to convert a prospect into a customer.
But you could create a custom report. The prospect and customer records both store a 'Start Date' value, thus it is possible to calculate the difference between these two dates.
However, usually once a prospect is turned into a customer, the prospect record is deleted. So what could be done is to create an AR Customer optional date field called 'Prospect start', which is available for both customers and prospects. You would need to create a process (either manually or via export/import) to transfer the prospect start date to this optional date field. Then once a customer is created from a prospect, you can calculate the difference between this optional field and the customer start date. And thus the average time to turn prospects into customers.
This report would also have to count prospects and customers, in order to determine the % of prospects that become customers. A customer that was originally a SalesCQ prospect would have a non-blank 'Prospect Start' date field, so you can determine/count which customers were once prospects by a non-blank prospect field value.
How your company enters/tracks SalesCQ prospects and how you turn prospects into customers (either from the Edit Prospects or the Enter Quotes function) would determine what reporting strategy to use. It may be easier to use the built-in Won/Lost Quotes report to count prospect quotes and which were accepted/rejected.
