I feel pretty dumb everytime I try to make a change in financial reporter. Is there a quick way to fix an existing report where a range is showing as a negative but should show as a positive? Everything else is right and formatted the way the boss wants, bold where he wants and Highlighted in the right places, so I don't want to start again. This is my retained earnings showing as a loss when it actually is a gain.

There is a formula in the cell that is outputting the retained earnings amount. All you should need to do is insert a minus sign immediately after the equal sign in that formula. That will reverse the sign of the displayed amount.
