I know how to add pick up codes to vendors, but in the actual PO there does not seem to be an option to pick from the pick up codes. How do I create this option?

In the PO module, under Maintenance, there is a tab called 'Pick Up Address'. The help files tell you how to create them, but I cannot figure out how to create the option in a PO.

It is useful for when one vendor has more than one pick-up location.

Any ideas?

Hi,

The Pickup Codes, as you stated are maintained under Maintenance as Pickup Codes.

To use a Pickup Code for a vendor on a PO, On the Totals Tab, in the Totals and Tax Information section, on the far bottom right is a pickup code box, is where you can enter the pickup code for the vendor, or drill down to see the pickup codes. And once selected, see exactly the pickup code details by clicking on the Pickup Details.
