Hi, Mavis,

Under Reports, select Print/Consolidate GL Transactions. You're able to print the report sorted by Account, Transaction Date or the Journal Entry.

Yes, I did it. But it is still showing the message. I went to Ledger module and did the retrieve. After that, the message is not showing anymore. I got the hint from one of the forum.

Anyhow, thanks for you quick reply. I really like the way the forum runs.

I may be wrong, but from your post I get the impression that the fact that Adagio was showing the message that the Adagio Ledger Transactions List had transactions - meant that you had to get rid of it asap.

Just in case that's what you were thinking... the message is only informational. You can just ignore it and do the GL retrieve any time during the month that makes sense to your company. Some retrieve every day or once a week. Some retrieve once a month.
