I can print the G/L transactions but the system does not give the option to clear them. The year end can therefore not be run.
Any idea why

Hi Joe,

Do you have Adagio Ledger? If so, then printing the GL Transaction report will not clear it. The solution is to go into Ledger and Retrieve the AR sub-ledger batch.

Only if you don't use Ledger and don't have GL data in the same location as your Receivables can you print this report and get the option to purge.
