I tried to print the price list CON-CON-8CARTON TO CON-CON8HD-LP

the report only have
CON-CON-8CARTON
CON-CON8HD-1P
CON-CON8HD-LP

Would you please also check Print Physical inventory worksheet
and Enter Edit Physical Inventory. The inventory worksheet and the physical inventory adj. workfile some item are also missing

I report that problem last yeat to my dealer and I think that he report it to your attention and the problem was confirmed.

Just checking if you got answer for me .

The problem still there for the print Physical file inventory worksheet and the and the Edit Physical Inventory are not the same. Also the print on paper is not the same that the item that you ask for using the finder.

You'll see an announcement about a Service Pack for Inventory in the next couple of days that fixes this problem. I'm sorry for the delay. It turns out to have been a problem in Crystal Reports when the Item code contains "special characters" such as dashes and the item containing these characters is chosen as the ending iem number for the range you are trying to print.

If you need to get that report out sooner, you can get the range to print properly by choosing starting and ending item numbers that do not contain any such characters.
