Currently there is no option that will enable you to print an invoice to file, or export a single invoice to a file that you can attach in an email. All Adagio reports can be either printed to a file or exported to a file from the print preview screen, but not documents generated from the Designer.

The most reliable method at this time would be to fax your invoices, using Adagio's built-in fax option.

The first thing you must do to enable faxing of your documents is to go to the File menu, and select Options, then click on the option "Allow faxing of invoices". After you do this, you should now see a "Fax" option along the top of your Adagio toolbar menu, in between "Reports" and "Adagio".

After you have done this, it will be just a matter of setting up the options in the Fax Setup area. Once you have selected a useable Fax Port, you will then be able to go to the Fax Queue option, and click on the Fax Server button to start Adagio's queuing process. Note that the Fax Server must be 'active' on the system that is to be used as the fax server. This system must have a Fax/modem installed on the fax port you have chosen.
