I'm assuming you are referring to Accpac Plus Order Entry. To my knowledge, the @ sign is a reserved character for specification printing (indicating field location) and cannot be printed on specs. You may be able to get a more concrete answer if you post this question on the forum at PlusCommunity.com, since this forum is really only for Softrak products, not Accpac Plus support.

You may be able to do this with an add-on product such as Print Boss. Check out PlusCommunity as well to access some links to 3rd Party developers who have add-on products for Accpac Plus.

In the next month or two, we will be releasing Adagio Order Entry, which is a Windows-based order entry program that is compatible with Accpac Plus OE. It has the ability of printing specifications in Windows formatting, can add graphics, and can print email addresses (and the @ sign) very easily.
