I am receiving a 'This function cannot be performed' error when I click on 'New' within Gridview. Any suggestions on why I would be receiving this?

Hi, Sage,

This error is returned when the user does not have access to create or edit Views in GridView. It is a security feature.

Please check with your Adagio system administrator to determine if you require this type of access within GridView.

I contacted my sales rep and he gave me the solution.
