Hi Galil,

The file ctl3d32.dll is a file that is installed by many Windows applications including Adagio. Because of the nature of Windows, there are 2 versions of this file; one for Windows 95/98 and the other is for Windows NT/2000. Because this file could be installed by another program than Adagio, the file we installed may have been overwritten.

If you have a program file called CHKSYS.EXE in the \softrak\system directory, then run this from the station with a problem. The program checks the status of the workstation setup and indicates if any files are incorrect (which it probably will).

You may wish to rename (remove) the ctl3d32.dll file (in your \windows\system directory) and redo the workstation setup (or installation). This will put back the correct file.

I'm assuming you are running Windows 95 or 98, not NT/2000.

Regards,
