The "number of labels" field is on the "Print Shipping label " form when we access this program from " Order Entry -> Enter Order/Invoice/credit Note-> Print Labels" But it is not showing up when we access it from " Adagio OrderEntry -> Order Entry -> Print shipping Labels ". Since we do not want warehouse to access order information, here are my questions

1> Please let me how could we enable this field?
2> is there a way that we could allow a group accessing the " print Labels" button on "Enter Order/invoice/creditnote" only ? ( disable all other buttons on this form)
3> is there a way that we could run this "print shipping labels" program from the Dos command line?

Hello Henry,

In OrderEntry V8.1B, if you select the Order Entry | Print shipping labels function and select a single document to print, the label count will be available to be changed.

Give your shipping department access to that one function if you don't want them able to entry or modify any other information on an order.

Use the Group security (File / Group Setup) and edit the Group code for the shipping department to allow access to the Print Shipping Labels function but not the Enter Orders/Invoices function.
