There are no known issues in this respect, however, you have not given very much information...

1. Have you tried doing a Data Integrity Check on SA and/or OE?
2. What version and release date of Softrak Sales Analysis is your client using? The current version is V6.5A (000704). V6.5A (980619) was the release for Y2K compliancy and implemented 4-digit years.
3. Does this occur only when printing certain reports - or during the Online Inquiry? If only on specific reports, have you tried creating a new report to see if this can be duplicated?
4. If your client has upgraded or re-installed OE, they need to reinstall Softrak's Sales Analysis.

Without more specific information, it is hard to say what could be causing this 'occassional problem'.

Currently, there are no ptfs for Sales Analysis. Upgrades and ptfs (if available) are automatically sent to End Users who are on an upgrade support plan. Softrak Business Partners can download the latest NFR Demo full versions as well as any available ptfs from our website.
