I receipte a invoice with my purchase order. I sale couple of item on this invoice. When i go to my inventery, one item of this sale doesn't work. My transaction history is good because i see the entry and the sale. But when i go to the quantities, quantities is in minus. It's not normal because my real quantities is zero.

I want to make sure i understand your question.

Are you using Purchase Orders for Adagio, or Adagio Inventory Control's internal receipt function?

When you look at that item's transaction history, do the quantities receipted minus the quantities sold equal 0?

Yes i used the Purchases Order, and the amount are the same, if we do the Math it's = 0
It's seem that the signal of the receipt didn't got the the inventory item. the transaction history is correct, but it's just in the quantities tabs.

Do you use more than one location? Quantity on Hand includes items in all locations.

What costing method do you use?
If you use a FIFO costing method, and do manual or imported adjustments, you might find that while total quantities are correct, some lots have negatives offset by positives in other sets.

Try looking at "quantities" in other ways.
