Is it possible to link two separate companies under one Adagio suite?

Depends what you mean by "link".

There is no limit to the number of separate companies you can set up with Adagio. Are you just trying to produce a combined financial statement, or does one company pay another company's vendors?

One company buys the inventory and another company sells it. I foresee having to manage two separate inventories and two separate purchasing situations.

How would this be managed under one set of books when one company is Canadian based and the other US based?

Are the companies buy/selling inventory from each other?

An Adagio company can only sell inventory that it has in its database. Typically you use Purchase Orders for Adagio to easily move inventory from one company to another.
