After upgrading to IC 8.1 my client can not print the Transaction History report. I starts and gets to "Writing History information to file" and then it just sits there.

Hi, Donna,

Is this happening on just one workstation or on all workstations? Have you looked for temp files in the local Temp folder that need clearing out?

Does it happen when trying to print the report using sample data?

Are they able to print other reports in IC, say, an Item Status report and a Company Profile?

You've probably already checked this but is their data integrity clean?
