Is there a simple way for Adagio to produce a Point of Sale receipt? For example, a sale of a book and CD to a customer, each to be credited to a seperate GL account, with a receipt being produced in the purchaser's name.

Have you checked out CounterSales or one of the other Point-of-sale applications that interface with Adagio?

BreakPoint now has an interface to Adagio General Ledger that is working very well at a number of sites. We do all types of receipt printing with completely configurable receipt layout, including prompting and including customer name. If you identify a customer in a sale, that information is also recorded under the Customer Profile so that you can view the complete set of purchases by any customer at anytime in the future.
