We have three companies using Adajio. I can print customer statement for any customers. But in the exact same way, I can not print the statement in the other two. It says that no customers in the range. what happened?

Hello Jing Hui,

Try resetting your ranges to a blank starting range to all zeds in the ending range.

If that does not work, look at the ‘Choose balance by’ settings. Turn off ‘Select customers based on balance’.

Note that a customer can be set to not print statements for that customer. On the statement page of the customer record, the box for Statements can be unchecked to prevent printing of statements.
