Hi All,

Our company logo is not showing up when we print POs, neither is the Ship to information that we define. The funny thing is that all this is showing up in the when I design and preveiw the template; it is even showing up on older actual POs. It just isn't showing up on new POs.

I tried making a new template, and changing the path of the picture, but no luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks (and happy long weekend)!

Please send me your email address to rudolphme@purple.co.za. I will forward you the URL for upload of your data to us to have a look at.
We also need to know whether this is a new install plus setup detail.

Rudolph

Hi Acrylon:

In case it isn't clear from Rudolph's posting, he represents Purplesoft, the developer of Purchase Orders for Adagio (POA). In fact, he is the key individual in the firm for design issues. Purplesoft is located in South Africa.

It sounds like you are using a sub-report on your specs to generate the header info, and that this might be causing the trouble.

I would recommend copying the information out of the "Company Info" spec (Maintain > Specifications) and placing it directly on the order and/or receipt spec. You will then want to delete the subreport off the specs, and set the "Group Header" section's properties to "Static Height" (right click on the grey "Group Header" section bar).

The process isn't exactly simple, but your POA/Adagio consultant should be able to assist you in making the required modifications.
