Hi Rhoda,

If you open the specification designer program (Maintain specifications), open your invoice spec, then go to the File menu; you should see a function called Specification Options. Run this to see the number of copies the spec is defined to print. Your version of Quik Invoice for Windows does support multiple copies. Also check the page size to make sure it is 8.5x11, or whatever your invoice size is.

If you are able to preview invoices, but not print them, then the issue could lie in sending the print job to the printer (and not in the software). Please try printing your invoice with a different specification (a sample one) and reply here the results. Unfortuneately, I can only guess at what's happening.

As for my other comments, I mean opening the spec and checking the properties of each section. For example, select the Page Header section (the grey bar), then right-click and choose Properties. At the bottom of this screen will be the section size, which will prbably be a couple of inches of so. By 'appropriate', I mean that the section size is not 10 inches or something really large.

Also, there is a grey bar section called 'End of page' at the bottom. This basically is used for setting where the end of the invoice spec is, and there should be no sections or fields beneath this grey bar. If there is, they should be moved above the End of page, or deleted if they are not used.
